Features a large kitchen with oven, hob and dining area for 5 people. It also has a microwave, coffee maker for French coffee, kettle and all the necessary utensils (dishes, cutlery, etc.). The bathroom consists of a shower, a washing machine and a hairdryer.

It is a 2-minute walk from the most beautiful black beach of Perissa and near it you can find bakery, supermarket, bus stop, cafes, cafes and Bar.
