Pleasure Studios By The Sea is a small complex of 9 newly renovated and relaxing rooms, houses of (45, - 25 sq.m.) each of which accommodates 2 people and is conveniently located a minute walk from the beach Black Sand of Perissa. Each separate room includes a double bed and a bathroom with shower, some rooms include a kitchenette. all rooms have a balcony.
It is a family business, where we try to help make your vacation unforgettable, it is located in Perissa and has everything close to you.
Within 2 minutes walk, you will find local taverns, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, shops and a bus stop to the capital of Santorini.
Pleasure Studios By The Sea is one of the most elegant and ideal rooms for relaxing by the beach, on an island that provides the most authentic life, for those who want to have fun, relax and explore Santorini.

Transfer From and To the Airport
We have a shuttle service to or from the airport and port. After a previous appointment, the transfer price for up to 4 people is € 25 until 12:00 pm. From 12:00 onwards there is an additional charge of € 5. We need to know the details of your flight, such as time and number, if you want a transfer. |

For the period from JULY to the end of AUGUST, prepay the full amount and the Non-refundable policy is valid (read below the Payment & Refund policy).

PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY
Flexible - 60 days:
- The visitor must prepay 50% of the total price after the reservation.
- The visitor can cancel without charge up to 60 days before arrival. The visitor will be charged 50% of the total price if it is canceled within 60 days before arrival. If the visitor does not show up, the total price will be charged.
- You will receive the prepayment with: Credit card. You will refund within: 7 days.
Non-refundable:
In the non-refundable option, the full amount will have to be paid, in order for the customer to benefit from a 10% discount, but he will not be entitled to a refund in case of cancellation.
- The visitor will be charged the total price if he cancels at any time.
- The visitor must prepay the total price at any time.
